Bilateral Cooperation Agreement signed with the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic

 

On the occasion of the 129th Assembly of the Administrative Council to the European Patent Organization held in Berlin, director general of the Office Mr. Željko Topić and the president of the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic Mr. Jozef Katochvil, signed on 26 October 2011 a Bilateral Cooperation Agreement between the two Offices. This agreement, based on continued friendly relations and collaboration between the two Offices, has for the purpose to enhance examination procedure efficiency of patent applications filed by applicants of one country to the Office of another country. Under this Agreement the Croatian applicants will be provided more expeditious examination procedures of their patent applications filed with the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic.
