The scope of the quality management system for which the Office was awarded the certificate includes the implementation of all procedures (national and international) related to the protection of industrial property rights under the authority of the Office, from filing an application for protection to the grant or registration of rights, including the procedures for complaints, appeals and administrative disputes, and procedures after the grant or registration of rights, such as maintenance of rights in value, registrations and transfers of license rights, changes in industrial property registers maintained by the Office, and procedures for revocation and annulment of rights.

With the established quality management policy, the Office undertakes to nurture and develop partnership relations with users of the Office’s services, partners, suppliers and other interested parties, and to constantly harmonise its operations with legal and other requirements in the field of the Office’s activities, as well as all other requirements of users of the Office’s services, the legal framework and norms applicable to their business.
