Establishment and composition of the Boards of Appeal

The Minister of Science, Education and Sports, Prof. Vedran Mornar, PhD, adopted on 17 March 2015 the Decision on the Appointment of the President, Vice-Presidents and members of the Boards of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights (NN 36/15)

1.    ANDREJ MATIJEVIĆ is appointed President of the Boards of Appeal for industrial property rights.
2.    JELA BOLIĆ, MSc, is appointed Vice-President of the Boards of Appeal for Patents and Topographies of Semiconductor Products.
3.    ŽELJKO MRŠIĆ is appointed Vice-President of the Boards of Appeal for Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin.
4.    Members of the Boards of Appeal for Patents and Topographies of Semiconductor Products are appointed as follows:

  • KAMELIJA PARAĆ
  • DRAŽENKA DELADIO
  • GORDANA RICIJAŠ
  • MARTINA BOGOVIĆ
  • TIHOMIR DRAGUN
  • MAJA SORIĆ
  • RENE KAJP.

5. Members of the Boards of Appeal for Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin are appointed as follows:
