Establishment and members

As proposed by Director General of the State Intellectual Property Office, Ljiljana Kuterovac, MSc, Minister of Culture and Media, Nina Obuljen Koržinek, PhD, adopted the Decision on Appointing President and members of the Council of Experts for Remunerations in the Field of Copyright and Related Rights on 7 April, 2026. The decision on appointment entered into force on the date of its adoption.

IGOR GLIHA, Prof. PhD, was appointed president of the Council of Experts for Remunerations in the Field of Copyright and Related Rights.

Members of the Council of Experts were appointed as follows:

  • TIHOMIR KATULIĆ, Assoc. Prof. PhD;
  • IVANA KANCELJAK, Assist. Prof. PhD;
  • MARKO LEDIĆ, PhD;
  • BRANIMIR PUŠKARIĆ.
