Public Consultation of the European Commission on the Evaluation of the Activities of the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights Is Open
The European Commission opened a public consultation on the evaluation of the activities of European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights (EU Observatory) which is acting at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
The aim of this public consultation is to collect the views of stakeholders in intellectual property protection system and interested public on the activities of the EU Observatory in supporting the activities and initiatives of European institutions, competent national authorities of the European Union Member States and the private sector (intellectual property rightholders, small and medium-sized enterprises etc.) in the fight against infringements of intellectual property rights, in particular counterfeiting and piracy.
Public consultation is open until 2 October 2018.
